[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance

Hi,
I'm unable to restart an cloud instance with id
*5438345d-fd95-4a1f-9936-81d7af09c945.
*Can you restart it? Had to restart it, because the website it hosted is
down and I'm unable to ssh into the server. This happens every ~6 months. A
hard reset usually helps, but now I'm unable to restart the instance.
