[Fiware-lab-help] Your Trial account in FIWARE Lab Cloud has expired

Hello, I'm Jeronimo from Bustimize (frontierCities2). I've received this
email but we are supposed to already have a Community account (we requested
it it November 2017)

FIWARE Lab user: jero at getfast.fit

Is everything OK?
