[Fiware-lab-help] SpagoBI instance (Telnet connection problems)

Good mornig,

 

I´m a FiwareLab Cloud User (“belenc”, associated to the mail
“bcanitrot at carsa.es”). I´m having problems with a SpagoBI instance. 

 

I´ve created, configured (security group, key pair, etc.) and launched the
instance -> OK. I´ve associated the floating IP to the fixed one.

 



 

When I try to connect to the virtual machine of the deployed instance using
PUTTY, I´m having problems with the password. The one I´ve always used is
“ubuntu”, but it does not work (I´ve also tried with “centos”
) 

 

                   

 

Could you help me, please?
