[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance - How to access a new instance?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to setup a new instance with account 
(stefano.iaconelli at cefriel.com). I have found online this presentation 
(https://www.slideshare.net/flopezaguilar/setting-up-your-virtual-infrastructure-using-fi-lab-cloud-32388357)
but the menus seem outdated. Nonetheless, I have started the instance 
and it seems to be running. I have allocated a new floating IP
but when I try to access via ssh to 217.172.12.198 I cannot connect. I 
have configured also the ssh keys, but it seems that this address is not 
responding at all. How can I activate it or am I missing something else?
