[Fiware-lab-help] I cannot access to one of my instances

Hi,
I cannot access to SSH to one of my instances, I can access to it in the past but today I can't.

The VM is running and the status is "Activo".

The name of the instance is "CEDUS_VM1"

The main data of the instance:

If I try to access to the log tab I get

If I try to access  to the "console" tab I get:
