[Fiware-lab-help] Error when creating an account

the account should be activated now (we are checking what went wrong, but 
you should be able to log.in now).

Dear Sir/Madam,



I tried to create and account but received and error during the creation. 
Because of this, I I did not received the email for validating it and I can 
not access to the portal.

Do you know what should I do?
