[Fiware-lab-help] Not able to access the Cloud Account

I am not able to access the Fiware cloud account. Tried to login with proper credentials but not possible to get through.

Region Created : Sophia Antipolis and changes to Spain2 recently

Could you please provide me either a temporary password to resolve this issue ?
