[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab user creation

Dear Fiware administrators

A year ago I asked to have access to a fiware cloud entity using the web “https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/” sending the google docs.

Unfortunately i had no answer, maybe because i did something wrong, so I tried another time and maybe is because i have this email.

At this moment i still no have a user and i would like to have a user. Could you please let  me know what i am doing wrong just to fix it and to have a lab user.

I have an account in this URL https://account.lab.fiware.org/ with my user Javier.villazan at atos.net<mailto:Javier.villazan at atos.net>

And when I pick to CLOUD it send me to

If I login with my credentials I obtain the message “invalid credentials”, and then I try to create an account.
