Hi Jose,
Yes, I confirm that we have migrated the Waste4Think resources to the Vicenza node.
Thanks to @Mauro Pecetti<mailto:mauro.pecetti at eng.it> for his support.
Ciao,
Dario

Dear Dario,

I've been talking with Mauro Pecetti and he has told me that your resources would have been migrated to Vicenza node. So, I think your case is solved.

Best regards,
José Ignacio

Dear Dario,

I copy in my response Fernando and Stefano, maybe they can add something to my reply.

First of all, I'd like to say that I'm really sorry about the problems that Spain2 closure is going to cause you all. We can't do anything to prevent this from happening.

However, the only thing we can do is trying to find out a node willing to provide you the capacity you need to migrate your services. You'll be the responsible ones for backing up your services and eventually migrate them all if another node provides you the resources.

Best regards,
José Ignacio

Hi all,
we have just received your email about the shutdown of the FIWARE LaB "Spain2". Honestly, I am really surprised by the news and especially by the few days made available to solve all the problems that this shutdown will generate for those who have used SPAIN2 node as cloud infrastructure for their projects.
We have been using SPAIN2 since 2017 for the Waste4Think project (which will end at the end of FEB 2020) and all our IT services are implemented on FIWARE Lab SPAIN2. How do you plan to minimize the impact on the projects using SPAIN2? Do you guarantee the migration of all cloud resources used in SPAIN2 (VMs, Volumes, IDM users/applications/roles , Security rules, Network settings, IPs private and public, etc...) to another FIWARE node? What is the official procedure for asking FIWARE to migrate our cloud resources to another FIWARE node?
Please let us know as soon possible also considering that we have few days to solve all problems .
BR,
Dario Pellegrino
