Issue id: HELP-17198
Description:
Hi, 

I can't login my community account. My login e-mail adress is [ mailto:152120161048 at ogrenci.ogu.edu.tr | 152120161048 at ogrenci.ogu.edu.tr ] . Usually website does nothing when I click connect button. But one time, I got error as follows in attachment. 

On the other hand, I asked my colleaguethat can login with his account and he also can't login with my credentials but he is able to login with his account credientials
