Hi to All of you,

Apologies for flooding FIWARE JIRA with the (FLUA-4108),(FLUA-4106) and 
FLUA-4106
messages. My account id in Fiware-labs has registered e-mail 
dkalo at noc.ntua.gr

I am trying to convert my account to a community upgrade request for the 
H2020 FELICE Project.
I haven't received any answer yet, so I tried multiple times and thus 
the number JIRA issues/messages.

I am not sure If I have picked up the correct path going from a personal 
account to an institutional/project account with a
community upgrade profile.
