[Fiware-lab-help] Fiware-Lab instance: VM is in Error state

Hi Team,

One of Fi-Lab VMs in Damini's account is in Error state.

Earlier I was unable to ssh the VM as it was in shutoff state so I tried to soft reboot and then hard reboot the instance. On hard reboot it gave error:
Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "ql-cc", the instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error: internal error: qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor: 2021-07-29T16:35:56.408631Z qemu-system-x86_64: -chardev pty,id=charserial0,logfile=/var/lib/nova/instances/5512f0f1-29ca-4ad3-b1ae-a822a3518032/console.log,logappend=off: char device redirected to /de].

VM details:
Id: damini.c at india.nec.com<mailto:damini.c at india.nec.com>
Instance name: ql-cc
Internal IP: 195.134.187.38
External IP: 180.179.214.171

Kindly look into the issue asap.
