Hi,

I have just launched my first VM following the video How to Use Fiware Labs:
https://www.fiware.org/developers/fiware-lab/#get-started

When I try to ssh I see:
ssh -i ~/.ssh/fiware_sheffieldsolarkp.pem ubuntu at 46.17.108.65
ssh: connect to host 46.17.108.65 port 22: No route to host

I have appended the instance console log which shows ssh not starting.
I have also appended instance details.

The instance console is not available and there is no "grey bar" to click.

Please advise me.
Thanks
Julian Briggs
