[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab not working

Dear all,

thanks for my FIWARE Lab Community account. Unfortunately I cannot run any VM, since SSH responds as port 22 Connection timed out

PS C:\Users\alerossi\Downloads> ssh -i .\FIWARE.pem ubuntu at 217.172.12.180<mailto:ubuntu at 217.172.12.180>
ssh: connect to host 217.172.12.180 port 22: Connection timed out

I followed both this guide https://www.fiware.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/9_Setting-up-your-virtual-infrastructure-using-FIWARE-Lab-Cloud-.pdf
and this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPCMIp5oij0
I tried both from Linux and Windows (via Terminal and Putty). I changed with chmod 400 the certificate, set correctly the floating IP, but seems like it is impossible to connect.

I have also seen that http://orion.lab.fiware.org:1026/version (with the access token correctly retrieved and inserted in the headers) responds as curl: (1) Unsupported response code in HTTP response

Is there any known problem? I have tried many times with no luck: before the summer it responded correctly.
