[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab VM not starting

Dear all,

I had two VMs kindly provided by you to test my EU Project with FIWARE. I have successfully used them since last October, with several demos and several dissemination events. Today I could not access to my cloud account and neither to my two VMs. This is really unfortunate, since I have a project review meeting on Tuesday and I will participate to FIWARE Summit as a speaker during the Digital Twins session chaired by Martin, and in both occasions I have two demos I cannot show if I don't have access to my FIWARE Lab VMs.

Can you please check why the two VMs are not accessible anymore, please? Their IPs were 217.172.12.210 and 217.172.12.211.

If for any bureaucratic matter the access was revoked, I please kindly ask you to grant me access for just 10 days more, to let me present my results at the review meeting on the 6th and at FIWARE Summit.
