[Fiware-lab-help] Fiware Lab account no permission

[Evangelos Syrmos]

Greetings,

I created an account on Fiware Lab with my academic email address in order
to perform experiments on Fiware since I am a PhD candidate and my research
consists of Fiware at its core. However now that I logged in (academic
email: syrmevag at iem.ihu.gr) I can't create a project or provision a VM to
start my experiments. Can you help me get access? Maybe it's
suspended because I haven't used it in a while?
