[Fiware-lab-recovery-tf] Potential risk on Trial accounts expiration

Dear all,
as discussed with Silvio, there is a potential risk that i want to bring to your attention:
The risk is to lose the VMs necessary for the XIFI review (9-11 June) due to XIFI users who have not yet applied for a community account upgrade.
In order to avoid this situation, one proposal suggested by Silvio is to collect a "email-domains" list of xifi/fi-core partners [1] and then upgrade all the users having those domains.

Please, consider if the above can be the best solution or try to propose a new one... June 1st is not so far!
