surely the disconnected projects didn't help, but it is also about the
difference on deploying and testing in a single and then making it in
production on 18 regions, with legal constraints (user data only in spain),
security and whatever other concerns come from multi-region "production"
set-up.

regardless, i totally agree that bi-later communication should improve
(requirements may be double side). maybe we can even dedicate calls every
month?

I also agree totally for the open call, i will stress again the people
assigned to this to provide the information asap.
