I was thinking of you also dealing with other requests sent to the help-desk, but I realize you focus exclusively on fiware-lab, and perhaps fiware-tech, which makes sense from your point of view.

Can you confirm?

I've already managed few e-mails during the week-end to work in advance and I've replied few mails also this morning and few minutes ago.

I don't see fiware-lab-help unassigned issues. Where did you get that screenshot ?

I hope to not be wrong and I apologies if I am, but just let me know if it is my fault.
