[Fiware-lab] Reorganization of "fiware-lab" lists

Dear all,

This message is to announce that we are going to reorganize the lists of the 1st level of support of FIWARE Lab. We are moving to a scenario with different levels of support that in practical terms has actually been in place for a few days already:

  *   Level 1 (first interaction)
  *   Node specific
  *   GE owner

All the people who receive this message were somehow involved in the 1st level support in the past because he/she was on the "fiware-lab"  lists. This is the last message before I remove you from here.

Level 1 will be the only ones receiving the mail messages from the two lists from now on. The list of people who will be here was agreed between XiFi and FIWARE some time ago and we will have a person on duty each day. He/she will attend the easy queries and will re-route the rest to whoever can answer.

Please do not reply to this message keeping the lists on CC or else you will generate tickets on JIRA!
