I do not have the context in XiFi so from XiFi's standpoint I would not be able to provide an answer.
>From the "FIWARE side" of this :) I do not see why the people working in XiFi should not have it. The worst case scenario is a member of XiFi not involved in these tasks sending a message to the list. Not particularly painful, really. It is a very controlled environment.

* fiware-ops-help at lists.fi-ware.org:inbox for external queries, it generates JIRA tickets on http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/HELP
* fiware-lab at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-lab at lists.fi-ware.org>: private list of the FIWARE Lab support team (to talk between us)
* Managed by Manuel/Miguel (same admin as fiware-lab-help)

I will send the credentials to the admin people in private later.
We are also working to release the FIWARE Lab support list form the pressure of the people doing the "friendly testing". They are using this list to report problems but the idea is to shift this approach to a dedicated tracker instead of using mailing lists.
