[Fiware-lab] unprocessed request and spam?

dear all,
a couple of information, there is a spam tagging issues caused by the smtp
server of jira. telefonica is checking this. as result you may not get
correctly notified of new tickets assigned to you (the ticket email ends up
in the spam). thus i recommend you to check for open and unprocessed
tickets assigned to you selecting in jira the "My Open Issues" link in the
top bar.
