Hi Federico,

I need additional support to take the steps, since it’d first time for me:
On one side I got this info about the account; on the other side, the sign up form.

Then, are these assumptions right?

1-      Name = User Full Name

2-      Email = User Account Email

But how do I confirm the password?

Then captcha and accept Term and condition.

it may happen that a user needing a community account, cannot register himself to the lab because the limit of 100 active trials account is reached.

In order to solve the issue, the Help Desk (and only the help desk!) as the power, using this link:

to manually create the account for the user.
