[Fiware-lab] R: Open Jira tickets

Dear Uwe,
about the ticket HELP-2042 assigned to me, I'm waiting a response from the user with whom I have exchanged private messages to solve his issue.
I'm going to close that ticket as soon as I get feedback.

Today I have done a check of tickets assigned to the helpdesk and found that there are some open tickets, some of them already older.

·         Manuel: 2 OPEN
·         Marco: 1 IN PROGRESS
·         Daniele: 1 IN PROGRESS

Could you please check if these still need processing or whether they can be closed.

This is info which will go into XIFI D5.5 (although not personalised) so we should make sure we give a good image...
