[Fiware-lab] [PLEASE READ] Support for the new process to control the user levels

Dear all,

As you may have seen, we have sent an e-mail announcing the new Terms and Conditions of FIWARE Lab (I attach the one that I received as one more FIWARE Lab user).  These establish the quotas and also the life span of each modality of user account.

We have not sent the details of whom to contact to get an upgrade to community account. If such query is sent to the fiiware-lab-help list, he who is on duty is expected to provide an answer that has to be similar to the one provided by Federico.
