[Fiware-lab] Problem with the automatic creation of Jira ticket from the mailing list fiware-lab-help ?

Hi Miguel,
It seems that today, from 10.24 AM more or less, there is some problem with the automatic creation of Jira ticket from the mailing list fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org .

I have had to add manually a comment on the ticket-Help 2313 to track my response to a user, and a while ago, I have received the email below, but so far the ticket Jira has not been created .

The same for the last email by Claudio Ricci, few minutes ago.
