[Fiware-lab] Budapest Node - reacting to requests?

Dear Partners from Budapest,

We're receiving complaints from end users for not having issues answered from Budapest Node.
I'd appreciate knowing on the impediment for answering normally to external requests, and if possible as for reaction to the requests.

Let me take advantage to clarify on issues being cloned from the Coaches Help Desk to the help-desk for topics related to Labs. Be aware the coach appear as reporter to the issue cloned, so when answering please, don't forget to include the original sender whose email appear in the bottom line of the description.
