[Fiware-lab] Automatic creation of Jira ticket from the mailing list "fiware-lab-help" not working?

maybe there is again some problem with the creation of Jira ticket from the list fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org> .
No ticket has been created for the mail below.
Could you check it?

Hi,

on the page: https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account

it says: "The access to the upgrade account request is available in the help page of the FIWARE Lab [1]<http://help.lab.fiware.org/> and in other entry points available in the Lab."

I was there and there is no link or text mentioning upgrades? Where can i find it?
