[Fiware-lab] End of XIFI support of L1-Helpdesk is approaching

Hi,

Thanks for pointing this out, Uwe.  I made a point of checking with Federico a few weeks ago and he said precisely this, that we could count on support until the end of the summer.  I am hoping that this is the case.

just to make you aware (probably you already know), most of the XIFI activities will end 31/03/15 (i.e. in less than 2 weeks). That means that also the support of the L1-Helpdesk from XIFI will end at that time, and from 1 April it will be solely up to FI-CORE to staff it.

XIFI will continue operating the nodes until 30/09/15 and will also provide the respective L2-support from each node in that period.
