[Fiware-lab] Creation of Jira ticket from the mailing list "fiware-lab-help" not working

Dear Manuel,
the Jira ticket creation is not correctly working again, as reported by me and Daniele Santoro few days ago. Only some ticket is created (randomly?) for the list fiware-lab-help (e.g. today morning, there isn't a ticket for the mail below).
Do you have any news about that?
If not, could you open a ticket to the Jira support team in order to solve the problem?

I’m trying to set up an instance, but I get an error after I try to allocate an ip to it.
