[Fiware-lab] People on duty ... gaps

hi uwe,
it's very simple. in the general meeting in Budapest, when agreeing the
extension of the project, the agreement was that the extension would have
continuted to provide the L1 support from the partners involved so far.
now, all the infrastructures involved agreed, so i do expect this to be
conformed also today, and I haven't seen any counter message so far.

so the partners that confirmed as far as I recall are:
- CREATE-NET (if needed we may be able to cover more from may, I need to
check)
- WIGNER
- UNIPR
- Telecom Italia
- IWAVE/TNS

Eurescom - that probably neither said yes or no in budapest - is saying the
cannot handle anymore the L1 and check that the calendar is filled up. this
a minor issue: we will find a solution for that (sending a reminder weekly
to ensure that the calendar is up to date is not surely lot of effort).
