[Fiware-lab] Do not send private links to the users!!!

Dear all,

I have had a few occurrences of this in the last weeks. It seems that people do not understand how this works. Can you please stop sending links to users that cannot access them?

  *   The tickets HELP-*** are the only ones that are public. If you send them to external people, it is ok.
  *   Other tickets are private. For instance, the tickets FLUA-*** are private. If you send them to external people, you will create confusion and extra support work

I have been trying to get access to Jira, without success.
The password reset system keeps telling me that it sent me an email (to moi667 at hotmail.com<mailto:moi667 at hotmail.com>), but none have arrived.

I am trying to access the system because I was told these were my dedicated tickets:
