[Fiware-lab] Manual registration of accounts is not more required.

Dear All,
with the release of the new IDM, users can register now without limitations
for a "basic" account. The basic account does not allow access to own cloud
resources, but only to cloud resources shared with basic tenants from trial
or community accounts. The basic account does not expire. Thus all users
should be able to register their email before applying for a community
account.
