Thanks for feedback. It allows me to clarify some aspects.

Yes, they are issues coming from the Coaches helpdesk. It means the issues are received by the coaches, then if there're specific topics for either the tech or lab channel, they are cloned for the corresponding channel by the Backlog manager, who is me - "well, it's a script programmed by me and doing some tasks"

Daniele, I think you should improve your filter to collect issues in the FIWARE-LAB-HELP jira component.
(If you send me the filter, I can give further detailed advice)

No problem. It would be important to set up the right filter.

It can be due to my fault since yesterday was my turn, but I'm not sure:

The tickets refer respectively to:

Which are old requests in the CreatiFI component having already an assignee set.
In the history of the three HELP-xxxx tickets I can see they were created yesterday by a "Backlog manager" but I don't know what is it.

Unfortunately, yesterday I did't receive any mail about those requests and in addition I didn't see them as unassigned in my Jira filter since in the subject there isn't the keyword [Fiware-lab-help] which usually marks request sent to out First level support ML.

Please let me know if I have to manage those ticket in some way or if they are just duplicated.
