[Fiware-lab] Unscheduled maintenance at Budapest node

Dear All,

Today we managed to restart the backup cooling system of the server room 
that enabled us to restart our node this afternoon.
Since then Budapest node is available again, thus the unscheduled 
maintenance is over.
