@Álvaro: I checked (mails received on July, 14) and unfortunately I did not get this message, it is the second time in a row that it happens. I wonder if this happens just to me or, as I fear, to a subset of the FIWARE Lab users. I would suggest a ticket and checking this.
@Alfonso. As for Mexico, I chose a tricky example I could think of quickly but there may be more. I refer to the fact that they may be not on fiware-lab at ... (CCed in this thread). so my question is not whether they receive the mail as one more user as FIWARE Lab but if we ensure that all nodes are updated via fiware-lab at ... and those who are not on the list will receive the communication as well.
In other words, let us not mix the communications to FIWARE Lab users with the communication to nodes. Please see if all the nodes (not just the Mexican one) got a notice because they are on the internal list or because we sent them a dedicated message.
The massive notification facility is not a list as such (mailman is not involved). The FIWARE Lab portal simply executes a loop and it sends a message to each one of the active users in its database.

Note that if I get it right it is a service used by all nodes and this the means that the whole FIWARE Lab federation will be down (not only Spain).

Also, I wonder if all the nodes are on this list (Mexico, for instance?) If not, they should be warned as well.
