the changes are acceptable for SAP.

Please note that the PDF of the Consortium Agreement is made from a word document in track changes mode. Maybe you would like to issue a PDF from a clean Word document for the Open Call.

Some partners have suggested some minor comments to the CLICK-THROUGH NDA attached to the previous mail. You can see them in the attached version (track changes).

Dear all,

As you all know, at the end of January FI-WARE project has the commitment to announce the first open call for additional partners. Apart from publishing the Consortium Agreement, the Project Officer has told us that we MUST share both the Consortium Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement.
The access to both documents will be managed by a click-through NDA.

Please, find edited version of the Consortium Agreement where contact details have been removed and Collaboration Agreement documents which will be published on the FI-WARE web page related to the Open Call (http://www.fi-ware.eu/open-call/). Enclosed you will find as well the NDA.

If you have any concern or doubts about the process please let us know before next Monday 15:00 CET since both documents must to be available next Tuesday 31st January.
