There is another minimal change in the amendment I didn't include in my previous mail.

5.- Reallocation of UPM's effort in WP3.
All its effort in WP3 is going to be in the Task 3.1 (15 PM)

I'll send you the new DoW when it is approved by P.O.

Note: If you want/need to change something more, please send to us to be evaluated and included in the amendment 3.

Dear all.
We are going to start the negotiations of the second amendment of FI-WARE project with the Project Officer.

It includes:

1.- Subcontracting and third party of DT.
Its budget as beneficiary is unchanged.

2.- Open calls: There will be 3 instead 2.

3.- Reallocation of effort of NEC.
Its budget as partner is unchanged.

4.- Subcontracting of RED.es (Support in the design of the physical infrastructure of the FI-WARE Testbed/OpenLab )
Reallocation of project's budget (MAC & SC, Dissemination Events) and reduction of effort and budget of UPM in WP6.
