I understand you were planning to circulate a revised version of the OIL terms last Monday following the meeting. I would be grateful if you could send these today, as I am on vacation from Friday, and I have a call with my IP attorney tonight to review the revised terms so that I can send you any comments before I leave.

Also, my colleague , Benedicte Pascal (copied here) will be attending the Monday meetings on my behalf while I'm away. I would be grateful if you would copy her on all emails around this.

I have included the comments received during last week from several partners with the exemption of Thales´s comments we received last Friday evening (I had not time enough to analyze them in depth). We will include them directly tomorrow during the call or in the following version.
