[Fiware-legal] OIL Ts & Cs new version

Dear all,

Find attached the new version of the document. As you may see, we have deleted point c) in the FI-WARE SERVICES definition an slightly re-defined the concept of "Generic Enabler Provider".   Also, we´ve introduced most of the changes proposed by Jonas (Alcatel) in clause 2.2, together with the paragraph I talked about during the call - to make clear that no licenses are granted under this Ts& Cs-.

Finally, we´ve modified clause 2.3 as agreed during the call.

I kindly invite to study this draft and give us your inputs as soon as possible; otherwise, we´ll discuss about it during next Monday´s call.
