Dear Luis, Dear all,

Following the meeting, attached please find IBM suggested language
regarding Personal data, in sections 2.2(15), 6.3 and 7, highlighted in
green.

We also ask to replace throughout the agreement "Partners' with "Parties',
since we are not partners in the legal sense of this word.

We have reviewed NSN edits in the last draft and we are fine with it.

Dear all,

Find enclosed the new version of the agreement.  I have deleted the
comments and highlighted changes in those clauses in which we have reached
an agreement. If you consider that some clause (from Definition Section to
clause 4 where no change is highlighted ) is still open, please let me
know.

For tomorrow´s call we suggest to start directly with clause 4. We need to
move forward up to the end of the document. Once we reach an agreement in
this pending clauses we can move back to the initial section  to retake any
pending discussions.

The objective is to get a final text after next Monday´s call
