Note:
Accordingly with the e-mail sent by Juanjo on October 24th, 2014, we are just going to manage the next amendment 8.
                We would incorporate new partners to the new Friendly Testing task (OneSource, FEMTO-ST) and two new Smart Cities, Barcelona and Rome (Dotopen, Bism at rt).
