I'm afraid is not a real "digital" version. It's just the source file
(vectorial) for a direct printing.

We have an old digital version of the brochure uploaded on slideshare
http://www.slideshare.net/FI-WARE/introduction-to-fiware and we're working
on the adaptation (We'll be uploading the new one tomorrow I hope).
