[Fiware-middleware] Documentation updated

Hi all,

I update the eProsima proposal in the common document that Christof
created. There were changes, adding ZHAW and DFKI suggestions, and
trying to be compatible with future RPC over DDS standard. Yesterday at
night Jaime and me were in a meeting with RTI about this standard.

I wrote this in the common document in order to you will be able to
start looking at it. But I'm waiting Jaime for an internal revision of
this.
