Hi Jaime,

I finished task descriptions for the Dynamic API. Hopefully they are OK.

Also we had a user story for the Dynamic API: an universal sniffer which 
is a server (C) in the middle between client (A) and server (B). The 
server C loads IDL from the final server B, and logs calls to all 
functions described in the IDL and propagates all calls from the client 
A to the final server B. Such a server is useful for debugging purposes.
