[Fiware-middleware] Review of JIRA Backlog

Hi Jaime

I did a review of the KIARA backlog (http://backlog.fiware.org/enabler/KIARA-J/dashboard) 
regarding to http://jira.fiware.org/browse/MIND-189.

I fixed all the ERROR states (all the entries are green now).
The errors (if any) are listed in the Review page (http://backlog.fiware.org/enabler/KIARA-J/review)

At the moment not all checks are implemented. 
I fixed the errors fixing the naming hierarchy (FIWARE.Type>.I2ND.Kiara.<Epic>.<Feature>.<Story>)
and setting correct timing (version/sprint).
Therefore I had to create Epic entries in JIRA.

What still has to be done:
- Start “Progress” for issues we are currently working on. “Close” on finished. 
  (issues in the current sprint should be “In Progress”).
- Create, extend or fix Epic and Feature descriptions (FIWARE-wiki AND JIRA-issue)
- Add Epics/Features to the Technical Roadmap page (wiki)
- Add closed Features to the Materializing page
