[Fiware-miwi] Creation of the WP13 roadmap

Hello Christof,

You have suggested that we should "Use the *roadmap-page
*[1]<http://wiki.fi-ware.eu/Roadmap_of_Advanced_Middleware_and_Web_UI>
 as a starting point to create your Features". But we , at least we at the
cyberlightning, are not able to edit the page. Could you please instruct us
on that? Further I am trying to follow the instructions on "Tutorial to
create backlog entries". I can not see (Which implies that we do not have
access rights) the edit buttons on "Materializing Advanced User Interfaces
in FI-WARE" page.
