[Fiware-miwi] postpone of weekly meeting to the afternoon

Hi 

OK. My propose is to split the meeting:

We will start with the WP13 meeting at 13:00 CET to handle all the current FI-WARE topics.
Would be good to have as many GE owners as possible here because this is about the coming deliverables.
For this we will use the telco infrastructure

Then we will continue the call at 14:00 CET with the discussion of the TF continuation proposal.
Would be good to have one representative from each partner here.
We could use google hangout for this.

Any objections?
