[Fiware-miwi] WP13 meeting wrapup & Open Specification documents

Hi 

I updated the OpenSpecification wiki-pages as discussed in todays meeting:
renamed XML3D to 3D-UI
renamed 2D-UiInput to 2D-UI
added template pages for the DisplayAsAService GE
I also added and linked the OpenAPI Details-pages (FIWARE.OpenSpecification.Details.<GE>) for each GE. This page is (like the Architecture) included in the OpenSpecification page and is used for references to the API-Specifications.

To review please use the OpenSpecification-Link (first in list for each GE), which includes all the other pages (Architecture, API Details, Common Glossary). To edit the subpages you can use the direct links.
For delivery, all the yellow "REMARKS" sections should be replaced with content.

For some documents I updated the structure, if they did not follow the structure of the example pages.

For copyright links please use references to the Partner-Wiki-page and not external direct URLs (you can add direct URLs and Logos on the Partner-Page).

For your companies wiki-page name, check the reference on the partner page (https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FI-WARE_Project_Partners). Usually it is the short-name from the DoW. For those who have no partner-page please go to the above overview-page and copy the content from another partner-page (e.g. Telefonica) to your new page and edit the description. Add your logo and link to website.
Please also set the correct Owner (partner-link,see above) and Owner-contact (Name of person) in the Open Specification Header.

Action Points (until end of this week):
Edit, review & fix the OpenSpecification (sub)pages
Add the most important terms of your GE to the Glossary Page (FIWARE.Glossary.MiWi)
