[Fiware-miwi] RealVirtualIntegration

Fixes done based on notes on google docs. I removed editorial remarks, i
hope that was ok.  The API specification is starting to get in to shape,
but i left the "draft" mark there for now as i will likely do some minor
editing every now and then. I had some problem with few of the wiki links
as [[linking]] did not link to  other FI-WARE page but instead created a
new page.  For reviewers, i did *some* rewriting to the text today and
yesterday, perhaps the text is more easily understandable and usable for
application or middleware service developers while maintaining some level
of technicality.
